Travel watercolour box.
Beautifully crafted and extensively equipped wooden box with hinged lid and lock including key. On the lid with embossed vignette "Dessin Aquarelle Lavis". Two-level interior construction with a removable tray, with compartments for paint and tools. The box contains 10 watercolours by Bourgeois Ainé, a small pressed block of sepia and Chinese ink, two packets of black chalks, a coloured pencil with red and blue lead, two glass cups, two glasses, brushes and brush holder, an ink eraser, two paper wipers, a metal pen holder, a piece of gum arabic, a ruler and a rectangular wooden triangle.
