Royal Guard Officer's Service Sword Model 1816.
Copper filigree fuse. Gilded brass frame. Round pommel engraved with a fleur-de-lys. Guard with a chiselled branch. Keyboard with the "Armes de France". Rolled-up counter-keyboard with palmettes. Straight blade with a median flattened edge, engraved in the third part and partly gilded at the heel with foliated scrolls. Leather scabbard with two cut-out brass trimmings, decorated with lines.
