Rare flintlock rifle from the Company of the King's Hundred Swiss.
Round barrel, with sides to the thunder, damascened with gold "Compagnie des Cent Suisses du Roi", stamped "DT" and "H", dated "1814". Lockplate signed " MRE ROYALE DE VERSAILLES ", stamped " G " in a round and round-bodied hammer. Trimmings and counterplate with a brass fleur-de-lys. Under trigger guard and iron lily cut back plate. Walnut stock. Iron ramrod.
