Flintlock rifle of Mister Bodyguard model 1816.
Round barrel, with sides with thunder, punched "B" and "L", stamped "341". Lock with drum signed " St Etienne Mfre Royale ", stamped " B ". Punched brass fittings. Gilded brass thumb piece with the large arms of Monsieur, brother of the King, marked " GARDES DU CORPS DE MONSIEUR ". Beautiful walnut stock with markings including "P.L.D" (used in the National Guard under the July Monarchy).
Barrel length: 103 cm - Total length: 143 cm.
