Thin round barrels with flats and thundering sides, decorated with a double thread. Brass sights. Engraved locks "Helbe à Strasbovrg" and round-bodied swan-necked hammers, decorated with line decoration. Round iron basins with spark arrestors. Engraved dog screws. Iron fittings cut and decorated in line. Long-eared pommels. Iron thumb pieces surmounted by a lily. Chopstick holders with three round rings. Wooden chopsticks.

Son of the very great harquebusier Lorentz Holbe, also in Strasbourg in 1653-1685, whose works appear in many museums (Copenhagen, Dresden, Paris, etc.).
