Second edition, partly original, illustrated with 26 plates out of text. This text was part of Dezallier's great treatise, La Conchyliologie, published in 1742. Ex-libris of Madame Colin de Saint-Marc at Coulommiers. Tiny freckles on the frontispiece, slight angular wetting. Rubbing, split jaws, trimmed corners.
