Mask Bamiléké, Cameroon Elephant" mask made of imported fabrics entirely decorated with multicoloured milking beads forming star patterns. Specific to the Bamileke of Cameroon, the wearer of this mask puts it on like a hood, the front part featuring an elephant's trunk, sublimated by the beaded motifs, which can be very diverse, both in their patterns and their colours. Two discs placed on either side of the face evoke the stylised ears of the elephant. H: 112 cm.
