Necklace composed of 3 rows of cultured pearls falling from about 3.7 to 7.5 mm, holding a pendant in gold 750 and platinum 850 thousandths stylizing a bouquet of flowers enhanced with leaves engraved in ruby and punctuated with an old cut diamond and crowned roses.
