HORSE RACING INTEREST: A MID-19th CENTURY ETCHED GLASS GOBLET, BEARING A NAMED IMAGE OF "VEDETTE", with jockey up, the bowl with a monogram in an oval cartouche between a rose and thistle, on a waisted faceted stem and domed circular foot. 18cm
Note: Vedette was owned by Thomas Dundas, 2nd Earl of Zetland and was the winner of the 2000 Guinea Stakes and two Doncaster Cups (1857 and 1858)
