WINTERLANDSHIP Oil on wood. 28,5 x 41,5 cm. Hilly snowy landscape with bare trees under a high grey-white sky. In the foreground right a small frozen water, surrounded by green reeds, and a tree stump. A small footbridge, beside which a man with a long staff in his hands is seen, leads to the water. In the middle of the wide path two men are talking, one of them wearing a bright red jacket. Behind them two hills with bare trees, below which some green and brown-leaved trees can still be seen. Painting in predominantly white-grey and brown colours, conveying the cold of a winter's day. Rest. Horizontal wood crack. (1220015) (18)
