Edgar DEGAS (1834-1917), after Portrait, head resting on the hand, model c.1885-1888 Bronze with a shaded brown patina bearing the stamp of the signature "Degas", numbered 62/N and dated 1998. Posthumous lost wax casting. Stamped by the foundryman Valsuani in 1998. H : 12,7 cm ; W : 17 cm ; D : 13,5 cm (without the base). A certificate from the Edgard Degas Committee will be given to the purchaser. This bronze was made from a plaster cast of the original wax cast by Degas.
