Louis Nicolas DUBOIS (1758-1847), first police prefect of Paris L.A.S., 2 April 1808, addressed to Eugène de Beauharnais, arch-chancellor, to obtain the letters patent for the new title of count of the Empire, 3 pages in-fol.
