Edgar Hoover and the United States Department of Justice, Washington D.C., 21st May 1934, under the National Motor Vehicle Theft Act. The poster features individual portraits of Bonnie and Clyde as well as descriptions of each (including scars, peculiarities, marks etc.) and a list of their relatives and details of their criminal records. The printed text also states 'Clyde Champion Barrow and Bonnie Parker constantly travel together and extreme caution must be exercised by arresting officers...'
