RYDER CUP: A good printed slim 4to folding menu card for the Welcome Dinner of the 39th Ryder Cup, held at Medinah, in the Rosewood Restaurant, Rosemont, Illinois, 26th September 2012, individually signed to the verso by all thirteen members of the Europe and United States teams, comprising Jose Maria Olazabal, Nicolas Colsaerts, Luke Donald, Sergio Garcia, Peter Hanson, Martin Kaymer, Paul Lawrie, Graeme McDowell, Rory McIlroy, Francesco Molinari, Ian Poulter, Justin Rose, Lee Westwood, Davis Love III, Keegan Bradley, Jason Dufner, Jim Furyk, Dustin Johnson, Zach Johnson, Matt Kuchar, Phil Mickelson, Webb Simpson, Brandt Snedeker, Steve Stricker, Bubba Watson and Tiger Woods. All have signed with their names alone in bold black inks. With a small oblong 12mo authentication sticker attached confirming that the menu is one of a limited edition of 100 issued as part of the Official Memorabilia Collection of the European Ryder Cup Team. A fine souvenir of one of the most memorable Ryder Cup matches in history, known as the Miracle at Medinah owing to Europe's remarkable comeback on the final day to claim victory over the United States which the European Captain, Jose Maria Olazabal, dedicated to the late Severiano Ballesteros.
