Rare infantry officer's gibbet box, fusiliers, according to the 1767 ordinance, complete with its wooden cartridge box pierced with sixteen holes, black leather patelette decorated with an oval gilded brass plate stamped with the arms of France on a bundle of flags and two swords, width 22.5 cm. (The bottom of the patelette has probably been trimmed). Last third of the 18th century. Good condition.
