Note: at the crossroads of rue de l'Université and rue Sébastien Bottin you can admire the work of the sculptor Aimé Octobre, author of the bas-relief surrounding the clock in the Didot-Bottin building. The allegory that brings together, the caduceus, La Renommée and the numerous cascading leaves symbolizes the Almanach du Commerce by Sébastien Bottin, a work that contained, among other things, the addresses of Parisian businesses. The Bottin mondain was created in 1903.
