NESTLÉ (Chocolate), BETTERWAY type automaton, Belgium, late 1930s. Automatic window display in painted cut-out wood, electromechanical 110 volt. He stages, in a rural setting, a race between Little Red Riding Hood carrying a basket and the wolf, dressed as a "big mother", who runs away holding a bar of chocolate in his mouth. The movements are produced by a small rotary motor that drives pulleys and belts. 86x71x26 cm. (In working order)
