Rare edition with commentaries by Mancinellus and Josse Bade, given by Simon Vincent and printed jointly by Bernard Rosier and Jean Thomas, of which only 3 printed works are known. These printers became partners during the years 1511 and 1512, an ephemeral company that was dissolved at the end of 1512, the two partners working, from then on, separately until the end of their careers (Baudrier). This book is the second book produced by this association. Title printed in red and black in a portal frame and 14 portraits, including those of Juvenal, Mancinellus and Josse Bade, engraved by G. Leroy.
