H_94 cm L_63 cm Provenance: - acquired from the artist by the current owner in 1999 - remained in the collection since then - private collection "I wanted to manifest time, its change in the duration, that shown by nature, but in a way specific to man, conscious subject of his presence defined by death: emotion of life in the irreversible duration. I am not interested in the arbitrary time of calendars and clocks. He erases himself by the repetition that defines him, the only focus of the present."
