Encyclopedia or Dictionary of Arts and Sciences. Geneva, Pellet, 1777-1779; 39 strong vol. in-4, marbled calf of the time, some missing headdresses, missing four backs of the volumes of text.
Edition with all the supplements recast in a single alphabetical order and in a more manageable format than the first one. The illustration includes 464 intaglio engraved plates, many of which are folded (number according to the tables). It seems to be missing a Gnomonic plate.
Missing at one corner of the title sheet of Volume I of the plates, traces of humidity on the first sheets of text of this volume and a small gallery of marginal worms on a few sheets.
