FOUR red lacquered wooden objects, comprising a cylindrical three-part roll holder; a large covered round box; a covered oval box with an inner tray, decorated with gold phoenix, dragon in the clouds and auspicious stylised characters in the plums, and an altar saddle with three asymmetrical trays pierced with a bowl filled with fruit. (Some small accidents and missing part of the roll holder). Vietnam, Nguyen dynasty, late 19th-early 20th century.
