Rare flintlock tromblon of the consular and imperial guards, octagonal and round barrel, very flared, stamped with thunder, on the left side: "D" in a circle, "P B", the date on the left side unreadable (18...) and "R F", signed on the upper side: "Entse Boutet", length 40 cm; flat body lock, stamped: "D X" (punch of controller J. B. Deschasseaux, probably in 1806) and signed: "MRE IMPLE DE VERSAILLES"; brass fittings, counter-platinum rosette with iron ring; walnut stock with cheek button marked: "A C - 1806 - D C - 7RE" and in the centre: "E F"; total length 80.3 cm.
Early First Empire period, 1806. Very good condition.
