Algerian flintlock Moukalha, octagonal barrel slightly flared at the mouth, thunder sight, signed: "Ali Ben Muhammad"; breech tail covered with an engraved brass plate, then a small punched silver plate; lock on the miquelet partly covered with brass plates engraved with foliage and decorated with some coral pearls, it is signed below: "Ali Ben Muhammad"; walnut stock inlaid with engraved and openworked silver plates, some decorated with coral cabochons; repoussé silver barrel fixing rings with foliage decoration, camel bone stock heel; wooden rod covered with repoussé silver on the visible part; length 177 cm. Period, Algeria, late 18th century, early 19th century. Good condition.
