From 1959 to 1971, the German physician and pharmacologist Werner Scheler was professor, director of the institute and at times rector at the University of Greifswald, and from 1979 to 1990 penultimate president of the Academy of Sciences of the GDR. - The photographies show among other things: Interior views and workspaces of the university, whose employees work for various universities.
