Shows Helene Preuschoff in Dume with carrier column, planting, German post agency in Dume and with local indigenous rural population, on the way in savannah, monkeys, celebrations and festivals, expedition tents, accommodations, jungle, tribal leaders and market scenes. Carrier column, planting, German postal agency in Dume. The settlement was established in 1906 as a dum station, a military station, as a result of the Jebekole and Makaa uprisings. Thereby bound pictures of a Harz journey. - Some shots somewhat faded.
