Collection of 230 OP-photographs from the estate of the lieutenant of the reserve gas pioneer Neumann of the Western Front in the 1st World War. Vintage, silver gelatine, from approx. 5 x 4 cm to 12 x 17 cm. Qu.-Gr.-8°. Mounted in Ldr. (back completely missing, rubbed, bumped and scraped, V-joint almost loose).
Contains a mobilization order Frankfurt/Main to be present in the Fortifikation Breslau, delousing certificate 2nd comp. pioneer regiment 36, deployment mostly west, lieutenant Neumann was deployed in the Ypernbogen and involved in the gas attack in Üxkül among other things - Tls. sth. yellowed and silvered out. - Good overall.
