Zt. with gold-plated RTitel and gold- and blind-plated back and covers (rubbed, bumped and scraped). Darlow-Moule 4231 - Lüthi 112 (part 1 only). - Strohm E 1255 (only 1 card). - The famous "Cotta'sche Foliobibel" with the maps and plans as well as the two copper plates. The present copy, printed on strong paper, but without the additional copper plates and the coat of arms plate bound only to a small part of the edition. The two double-page maps show the Holy Land as well as the Mediterranean region with the Holy Land and the journeys of the Apostles, the city map shows Jerusalem. - plates tls. remounted and backed at the fold. Sides sth. brown- and fingerstained. - All in all a fine specimen.
