During the so-called Erfurter Pfaffenstürmen (Erfurter Pfaffenstürmen - Erfurt Pfaffenstürmen), allegedly armed Erfurter students lurked for Luther's opponent Johannes Eck during his journey as papal nuncio to Erfurt and prevented him from entering the city. The translator Wolfgang Russ will probably be the Erfurt student from Ulm who had to flee from Bavaria because of a Protestant sermon in Neu-Ötting. - Corner tear-off at top fold with slight loss of text.
