A Pallasite meteorite, Brahin Fall, 18cm by 12cm, 5.1kg, This meteorite is a Pallasite Nickel Iron meteorite with 37% Olivine inclusions. Olivine only occurs rarely in meteorites, under 2% of those so far discovered and is believed to indicate that the meteorites originated from the metal rock boundary of differentiated asteroids. The first recorded fragments were found in 1807 in the Dneiper river valley in the district of Bragin, the fall site is relatively small at 15km by 3km.
