The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts has received a significant contribution for contemporary works by Black artists from art collectors Dr. Monroe Harris Jr. and Dr. Jill Bussey Harris. “Avid art collectors and tremendous supporters of VMFA,” a 21st-century gallery will be renamed in their honor.
