Thomas Cole’s "The Arch of Nero" Goes on Display in Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Museum of Art announced that the masterpiece will go on display in its galleries as a long-term loan from the Thomas H. and Diane DeMell Jacobsen PhD Foundation. The Foundation bought the work, sold by the Newark Museum of Art in May. It will be exhibited at the museum from July 2nd. (press release)
