Founded in 1938 by Hélène Roger-Viollet, the agency maintains an archive of over 6 million photos, some of which will be displayed in its new gallery from December 11th. In late 2019, private firm NDLR-Photononstop was charged with reinvigorating the agency’s business, seeking new commercial avenues for its images.
