TEFAF Maastricht, one of Europe’s largest art fairs and the pre-eminent event for Old Masters & antiques, postponed its March 2022 edition. Fair organizers cite the rapid rise in Covid-19 cases. TEFAF will refund the 270 exhibitors, but they are asked to pay a fixed sum of €7,500 to cover ‘contractual obligations'.
