Alexandra Skochilenko is being held in pre-trial detention until May 31 as she faces charges under a law that bans “fake news”. This may see her slapped with a 3 M rouble fine or up to 10 years in jail. It comes after she allegedly replaced supermarket price labels with messages about the invasion of Ukraine.(Guardian)
