Private Buyer Snaps Up Frank Lloyd Wright’s Freeman House in L.A. for $1.8M

The University of Southern California sold the Harriet & Samuel Freeman textile-block house, designed by Wright in 1924, to developer Richard E. Weintraub for  $1.8 million. Weintraub, who is known for restoring historic properties, stated he hopes to create ”a salon for intellectual passions.”
