In the spotlight until June 26 at the Cognacq-Jay Museum in Paris, the famous 19th-century portraitist Louis-Léopold Boilly (1761-1845) also features in a sale in Évreux on Sunday, July 3 with a pair of oils on canvas, with their original stretchers and frames, going for €5,000/10,000 (Évreux auction house saleroom).
