This stellar auction held behind closed doors by Binoche and Giquello, on November 6, featured an anthropomorphic cane top from Tsonga, which passed through the hands of the famous English merchant John Hewett, selling for €209,660. It shared the podium with a mbutu-viti reliquary from eastern Gabon (€148,120).
