Works by Miami-based artists Bhakti Baxter and Loriel Beltran were among those gifted in recent weeks to the ICA, which celebrates its fifth anniversary on December 2. This times in with Miami Art Week for which the Institute will stage, amongst others, a retrospective of Agustín Fernández’s series Armaduras.
