The small illustration measures 16.5 x 6 cm (6.5 x 2.4 in) and was discovered in a Greek volume printed in 1502 by Venetian printer and publisher Aldus Manutius. It was in the holdings of the Oldenburg State Library for 230 years before the illustration was discovered. A full investigation is to come.
