Listed as a historical monument, the Hotel Mezzara and its garden are located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. Celebrated Art Nouveau architect Hector Guimard designed the mansion, which was built in 1910. The new tenant must commit to a 50-year lease and the restoration of the property. (Le Figaro)
