As complaints surfaced around Sam Orlofsky last month Larry Gagosian launched an investigation lead by outside counsel. Yesterday, the founder of the mega-gallery announced to staff that the executive had been let go. Orlofsky was accused of misconduct, primarily targeting women in the gallery, according to Artnet.
