Les Clown and L'Ecuyère, two studies for Seurat's Le Cirque, were donated to the museum by Charlotte Hellman, the head of the Signac archives and co-curator of "Signac Collector." A walnut desk by François-Rupert Carabin, an 1899 work acquired by the institution, also joins the collections.
