Acquired and restored by the Louvre Museum a sketch by Delacroix for the interior of the Salon de la Paix in Town Hall, Paris, will enter the Eugène Delacroix Museum. The sketch represents the 11th of the 12 Labors of Hercules, the painting was destroyed along with building during the Paris Commune of 1871.
