Le Havre's Port Center will be redeveloped into a contemporary art center by the summer of 2025. A sketch of the project was presented at the city council meeting on October 10, by the deputy for culture, Fabienne Delafosse. The 1600 m2 (17,222 ft2) space will be located near MuMa and the Unesco World Heritage site.
