De Baecque et Associés is offering for sale, on May 13 in Room 6, a black pencil drawing by Frédéric Bazille from 1864 or 1869. With an estimate of €20,000/30,000, the work depicts a bather on a beach and was given to the art historian Henri Focillon by the artist's family in Montpellier in 1927.
