The current director of the Musée des Augustins in Toulouse has been appointed to the Pinacoteca nazionale in Siena, which he will join in March. This specialist of French painting had led an active exhibition and acquisition policy there. His appointment follows that of the Sylvain Bellenger at the Capodimonte museum.
