Jackie Matisse was a model for her grandfather Henri Matisse, of whom the Centre Pompidou holds some portraits, she contributed to the preservation of the archives of her father-in-law Marcel Duchamp, for whom she worked until his death in 1968. Also an artist, she exhibited in 2013 at the Matisse Museum.
