Andrew and Christine Hall Turn Former German Castle into Contemporary Art Museum

The British-American collectors own around 5000 works of contemporary art, now on show in a former monastery and fortified castle in northern Germany. George Baselitz sold the complex and his art collection to Andrew Hall in 2006, who renovated it in order to create “one of the biggest museums in the world.” (Monopol)
