The stone, brick and wrought iron Castel Val Villa, classified a historical monument in 2006, is on the market for €1.3 M by the Architecture de Collection agency. It was built by the Art Nouveau master Hector Guimard in 1903 for Louis Chanut, the brother-in-law of his friend and patron, the industrialist Léon Noval.
