Opening on September 30, it will be Tinseltown’s first major museum dedicated to cinema. Eschewing a chronological narrative of Hollywood glitz and glamour, the $482M museum will rather provide a non-linear look upon world cinema, using material culture and moving images, from blockbusters and independents alike.
